What insurance plans do you accept?

Insurance is accepted for traditional therapy appointments, based on approvals through the Headway platform. To determine your copay and whether I can be seen through your insurance company you will want to go to my Headway portal to have it verified.

Current companies I accept via the Headway system - United Healthcare, Oxford, Blue Shield of California, Aetna, Cigna, Anthem EAP, Anthem Blue Cross California, Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey, Carelon Mental Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massechusetts, Quest Behavioral health. Spaces for insurance clients are sometimes limited.

I also offer a super bill option for those wishing to use out of network options on their insurance or process their payments via Thriver.


How do I get started?

Getting started is simple. visit the “get an estimate” link above to my Headway Page to get your estimate and set up a short 15-minute consult. Space is limited, but I do try to find ways to fit people into the schedule if possible. I have options for a variety of different ways to access therapy and support.


What makes you different?

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Our sessions are collaborative and strength-focused. For neurodivergent clients, I start from the understanding that autism, ADHD, and other neurological differences aren't problems to solve. Your unique way of thinking and experiencing the world has value. We'll develop practical strategies that work with your brain, not against it.
